When removing a stop from your route, you have three options: to delete the task or appointment, to put the task on hold or to set the task to complete.
Deleting a task or appointment
You can remove a task or appointment from a route by deleting it. This will completely remove the task or appointment from Mapview. For appointments, it will also delete it from your calendar as well.
To delete a task or appointment, simply tap on the task/appointment in the trips menu, scroll to the bottom of the details window and tap 'Delete'.
Putting a task on hold
Putting a task on hold will remove the stop from your route and will keep the task available as a reminder for future use. This is useful if you had to skip a stop for any reason, but need to return at a later date.
To put a task on hold, tap the status flag next to the task and tap 'On Hold'.
Setting a task to complete
Set a task to complete when you have finished your visit and want to remove the task from your route. Doing this will also create a log record of your completed visit with a date and time stamp.
To set a task to complete, tap the status flag next to the task and tap 'Complete'.
