Mapview makes it easy to manage Oracle Sales Cloud tasks and activities. Open activities (Email, Meeting, Call or Other) created in Oracle Sales Cloud will automatically be added to the planned activity list in Mapview when the associated records are imported.
Any activity created in Mapview, will automatically sync to Oracle Sales Cloud or will be added to a queue that you can sync later if you do not have an internet connection at the moment. If there are tasks waiting to sync back to Oracle Sales Cloud, you will see a red badge next to the 'Oracle Sales Cloud' menu item. Simply, tap the 'Oracle Sales Cloud' menu item to sync the activity with Oracle Sales Cloud.
