Mapview helps you manage your appointment schedule. Mapview pulls in appointments that are synced with your device, shows them in a list view and on the map if there is a location. Create appointments in Mapview and have them sync back to your calendar.
Creating an Appointment
There are two ways to create an appointment: from the contact details window and from the task menu.
From Contact Details Window
- Tap a pin and open the contact details.
- Tap the add event icon at the top of the window
- Set a duration and then edit the appointment details as you would for your iOS device.
- Tap ‘Done’
From Task Menu
- Open the ‘Tasks’ from the main menu.
- Tap ( + ) in the top right hand corner.
- Tap ‘Event’, choose a duration and edit the event as you would on your iOS device.
- Tap ‘Done’
Editing and Deleting Events
To edit events, tap the event in the task window or tap the event icon next to the contact name when tapping on a pin.
