Mapview’s task feature helps you manage your activities with customers and prospects. There are three ways to create activities in Mapview: by quick buttons, from the 'Activity' area of the contact details or from the 'Planned Activities' window.
Using quick buttons
Quick buttons are located at the top of the contact details window making it easy to add tasks with contacts. When you create tasks with the quick buttons information about the contact is automatically filled into task fields.
- Tap a map pin
- Open the contact details window
- Tap the create activity quick button
- Choose activity type, edit the information and tap ‘Done’
From the activities area of the contact details
See all tasks associated with a specific contact in the 'Activity' area of the contact details window. As above when you create an activity from the 'Activity' area of the contact details, information about the contact is automatically filled into task fields.

- Tap the activities icon at the bottom of the window
- Tap the (+) icon in the top right-hand corner
- Choose activity type, edit the information and tap ‘Done’
From the planned activities window
See all of your planned activities in a list view from the task window. Easily add a new activity here to manage all of your tasks in one location.
- Open the main menu and tap 'Planned Activities'
- Tap the (+) icon in the top right-hand corner
- Choose activity type, edit the information and tap ‘Done’
