Custom groups are local to Mapview and are created inside the app. Custom groups help you organize and prioritize your customers and prospects on the map for more effective planning. In this post, learn how to create custom groups.
Creating A Custom Group
- To create a custom group start by opening the main menu and tapping ‘Filters’
- Tap the ( + ) in the upper right-hand corner of the group menu
- Tap Add Group
- Select General under Choose a Category
- Enter the name of the custom group, assign the group a pin and add contacts
- Tap ‘Save’
