Mapview makes it easy to manage Salesforce tasks and activities. Open activities (Email, Meeting, Call or Other) created in Salesforce will automatically be added to the planned activity list in Mapview when the associated records are imported.
Any activity created in Mapview, will automatically sync to Salesforce or will be added to a queue that you can sync later if you do not have WIFI at the moment. If there are tasks waiting to sync back to Salesforce, you will see a red badge next to the 'Salesforce' menu item. Simply, tap the 'Salesforce' menu item to sync the activity with Salesforce.
