Users who signed up and purchased a plan for Mapview before January 19th, are on our old pricing structure. The old plans included Basic, Pro and Add On users.
Currently, you are grandfathered in on your old plan and no action is necessary. If you reach your limits as a basic user or simply want to start paying yearly, you can follow the steps below to migrate to the new subscription plans.
Step 1: Choose a new plan
To ensure uninterrupted service of Mapview, we ask that you choose a new plan first. To choose a new plan simply open the Mapview main menu > tap the information icon next to your name > tap the information icon next to your service plan and tap upgrade.
Here you can choose a new plan to subscribe to. If you are a Basic or Add On user, you will be charged for this new plan after a 30 day free trial. For current Pro users, this does not apply.
